ISI 2003-36. Pachypodium rutenbergianum var. meridionale Perrier Out of Stock

This species has been offered in the recent past (ISI 99-56, as P. meridionale), although this variety is still not common in cultivation. We now have the opportunity to offer another collection. It is the tallest of the Madagascan pachypodiums, to 15 m, and often has pink rather than white flowers. HBG 89159, from seed collected Nov. 15, 2001, by Röösli & Hoffmann (1001), near Tongobory, Tulear, Madagascar. $5.
