ISI 2008-22. Ledebouria crispa S. Venter Out of Stock

The genus Ledebouria is familiar to succulent collectors through the popular L. violacea, which has above-ground bulbs and attractively spotted foliage. L. cripsa differs in its dwarf stature and strongly undulate or “crisped” leaf margins. It is known only from hills surrounding Pietersburg in the Northern Province of S. Africa. Though dormant in winter, the plants have proven completely tolerant of light frosts and winter rain experienced in our shade house. Divisions of HBG 81213, a plant from seed of L. Lippold 80-159, collected Oct 2, 1980. $8.
