We last offered the typical variety of this wonderfully spinescent shrub or small tree in 2003. It didn’t take much longer for all of the plants in our sales area to vanish so it does not seem too soon for another infusion, especially of well-documented material. This offering, HBG 99743, is also from seed collected by Röösli and Hoffmann (R&H 7/07) but on Dec 14, 2007, south of Beheloka, Madagascar. $8.
