ISI 2021-22. Hoya nummularioides Costantin Out of Stock

This charming Hoya is one of the more succulent of this largely tropical genus, with rounded, fleshy leaves reminiscent of tiddlywinks, the game in which plastic, wafer-like discs are flipped into a cup. Not many succulents in our collections come from tropical southeast Asia – this species ranges through Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Thailand. The plant often grows epiphytically, climbing to higher and dryer microclimates, explaining its tolerance of succulent culture. An added bonus is the diminutive umbels of white flowers with red coronas that emit a delicious, sweet perfume. We offer rooted cuttings of HBG 88831, a plant acquired from the South Florida Cactus and Succulent Society in 2002. $8.
