This is a selection made by hybridizer Renee O’Connell at Altman’s Nursery in Vista, CA. It superficially resembles E. runyonii ‘Topsy Turvy’ (ISI 1647 in 1986), of which it is a descendent, but has improved vigor and slightly smaller, more clumping rosettes. However, it has the same abaxially channeled leaves that look as if they are attached upside down. HBG 122598. $10.
