This little troublemaker is the sibling of Aloe ‘Hodge Podge’ (ISI 2023-9). At the time, Karen struggled to decide between the two, as 'Hodge Podge' sports an eclectic mosaic of toothy textures but isn’t as colorful as 'Hanky Panky'. 'Hodge Podge' also has a cleaner growth habit (read fewer pesky offsets). However, Hanky has not faded with age, nor has it stopped vying for attention. Its deep, ruddy, red-orange coloring is difficult to ignore, and it has some of the same funky tooth clusters that distinguish ‘Hodge Podge’.
