Flower fragrant, to 5 inches (12.5 cm) across. Petals obovate, mucronate, pastel yellow with bright yellow midrib. Throat-circle and filaments light yellow. Stem semicolumnar, to 3½ inches (9 cm) in diameter, central spines to ¾ inch (19 mm) long. ISI 97-12; HBG 80598, Schick 909-11.
